Most products are safe once dry, please keep people and pets away from all areas where products are still wet. Sometimes it may dry in as little as 30 minutes, but it can take longer depending on the weather. BLPS will advise if the home needs to be vacated for treatment.

I do not lock my customers into contracts. If you choose to have 1 service a year or 4, that is fine by me. Due to how long the chemicals last, I suggest applications to be spread out no more than quarterly and offer discounts for customers who follow my recommendation.

I do, on an as needed basis, strategically, in common problem areas. I do not choose to expose customers unnecessarily by blasting chemicals all throughout the inside of the house. I do most of my application of chemicals on the outside.

I do request that payment is remitted at time of service. As with most small businesses, Cash or Check is preferred. However, I can also accept Venmo, Zelle and credit card payments (fees may apply).
