Bugs Belong Outside (Let’s Keep It That Way)

The Outside Only Strategy: We treat heavy around the outside so pests hit a wall. If a stray bug manages to slip inside, it’s usually on its last legs anyway 🚑.
Less Chemicals = Less Cost: If your exterior residual is holding strong and you don’t need interior work, we don’t force it. Outside-only visits mean less chemical exposure indoors and a cheaper bill for you!
Your Goals, Your Schedule: Looking for near-total elimination? We’ll need to come by more often. Just want to keep the big invasions at bay while saving cash? We can spread treatments out.
IPM PEST MANAGEMENT
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an effective and environmentally sensitive approach to pest management that relies on a combination of common-sense practices. IPM programs use current, comprehensive information on the life cycles of pests and their interaction with the environment. This information, in combination with available pest control methods, is used to manage pest damage by the most economical means, and with the least possible hazard to people, property, and the environment.
01
Identify Pest Problems
Between my conversations with you and my inspections we will determine the common pest problems that need to be addressed, if any.
02
Identify Potential Entry Points
I am always on the lookout for potential entry points that can be sealed or corrected to prevent issues. Chemical usage should not be the first solution to a problem that can be prevented with corrective measures.
03
Apply Products Strategically
My goal is to have minimal chemical exposure to your family members. I target the pests outdoors, so that they are exposed to the products before coming inside.
Personalized Treatments
Not every house is the same, and because of that, not every pest control plan should be the same. Each home has its own unique environment, layout, and surrounding conditions that can attract and sustain different types of pests.
As a general rule, I recommend regular exterior treatments since that’s where most pests originate before making their way indoors. By focusing on these areas, we can significantly reduce pest populations around your home and lower the chances of them becoming a problem inside. Interior treatments are then applied only as needed, targeting problem areas or active issues without unnecessary chemical use. This approach is effective, thoughtful, and respectful of your home and family.
Flexible Service Intervals
Quarterly pest control may sound convenient, but in reality, it often leaves long gaps where the product has worn off and your home is left vulnerable. That’s why I recommend bi-monthly or monthly service — even if it’s just for the peak season — to keep pests from gaining a foothold indoors.
My Diamond Treatment Plan is designed specifically for our area and offers the best ongoing protection. With this plan, treatments are applied before the previous application fully wears off, especially during the warm months when pests are most active. This timing ensures consistent protection and stronger control over the insects that typically invade homes.
